Return/ Exchange Policy: First and foremost we're just
musicians serving fellow musicians so we understand what it's like to get
a piece of gear home only to find out it doesn't live up to your expectations.
Well, our refund policy is as simple as can be. We will always offer a full
money back guarantee on any unopened item. If you have any questions or issues
concerning a return please contact us at 1.877.290.6682 and we will be more
than happy to help you out. In fact we pride our selves on having perhaps
the most hassle-free and flexible system in the industry!
Please make sure you have read and understand our return/exchange policy
before placing your order.

General Return Policy Guidelines:
1. Call us (877.290.6682
or 414.270.1948) for a "Customer Return Authorization" number. You
may also drop us an email to obtain a "CRA" at info@novamusik.com.
CRA #'s are good for 2 weeks after their issue date.
2. Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all unopened items. Additionally,
we offer a 30 Day Guarantee/Exhange Policy on all defective/broken units.
A 9% restocking fee* will be assessed to any open product return.
* A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all returned eBay items.
3. Orders are covered under our 30 day return period, unless stated otherwise
(see non-returnable items below)
4. After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned
for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
Usually additional details on warranty coverage can be found in the product
paperwork.
5. All products must be returned in like-new condition, and show no signs
of wear, including original packaging and all documentation, accessories and
MUST NOT BE REGISTERED. This includes all software that comes with the product.
Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts and items that
have been physically damaged or misused.
6. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping
fees are non-refundable unless the item turns out to be defective (see below).
7. VERY IMPORTANT! Insure the item you are returning at your FULL INVOICE
VALUE. We will do everything we can to help you file a claim for a damaged/lost
shipment. Unfortunately, the shipping party is responsible if your returned
merchandise ends up lost or damaged in the mail. These are policies from all
the major shipping companies we deal with.
8. Please allow 1-3 weeks for all refunds to post to your account. On average
banks will process a credit in 1-10 business days but may take up to 3 weeks.
9. Broken or damaged merchandise returned for replacement may take up to
5 business days to process. Please contact us to make sure that your product
is in stock and ready to ship. We will do everything in our power to get your
replacement unit to you as fast as we can.
• Non-Returnable Items:
1. Copy-protected items like Software Based Products, Books, Videos, Tutorials,
Magazines, Software, Sample Libraries, and CD-ROMs.
2. Recording media such as DAT tapes, Zip discs or CDRs.
3. Disposable products including Drumsticks, Cleaning Supplies.
4. Recording equipment including Multi-track, Hard Disk, CD Burners, Tape
Recorders.
5. Personal use items such as Microphones, Headphones, Ear Plugs and In-ear
Monitors, and Drum Sets/Kits.
6. All instrument parts and upgrades including Expansion Boards, and Sound
Cards.
7. Discontinued/Clearance Items.
8. Special Order merchandise. We will gladly special order any item available
to us. Special orders may be returned within 30 days, but a 15% non-refundable
charge will apply.
• Defective Product Returns/Exchanges:
1. If you believe the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer's
tech support department just to be sure. We will always exchange a defective unit for a replacement.
2. If an item arrives to you clearly damaged in transit please call us as
soon as possible so we can arrange to have UPS or USPS inspect the damage and
return it to us.
3. For international orders, please be advised that shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable.
4. You will be credited or a replacement unit will be sent once we receive
and inspect the product. This usually takes 1-5 business days. If you require
a replacement unit immediately, your credit card will be charged for the additional
unit (of course we'll credit your card once the defective one arrives back
at our store.) |
